What's included
Even a yard that's mostly turf and hardscape usually still has planting beds, trees, or a section of real lawn that needs real irrigation. We design zoned systems — drip for planting beds and trees, spray only where it's actually needed — so water goes where it's supposed to instead of running off pavement or overspraying turf.
Systems are built with a code-required backflow prevention device and, for larger landscape projects, designed to line up with California's water-efficient landscape requirements. A smart controller adjusts run times based on weather instead of a fixed schedule, which matters for keeping water use down under local watering-day restrictions.
How it works

Can you add irrigation to an existing landscape without tearing it up?
In most cases, yes — we can trench selectively to add or repair zones without a full landscape teardown.
What's the difference between drip and spray irrigation?
Drip delivers water slowly and directly to plant roots with very little waste — best for planting beds and trees. Spray covers a broader area and is what's used for any remaining lawn areas.
